Sale of copyrights for Maritime Yearbooks

Selvig Publishing AS hereby announce that the three maritime publications "Yearbook of Scandinavian Shipowners", "Where to Build - Where to Repair" and "Norwegian Offshore Index" as well as the Internet Portals www.seadirectory.com and www.offshore-index.no were recently sold to IMI AS (Institute of Mercantile Information) in Sandefjord (Norway). Signing of the agreement and formal transfer of publishing rights took place in July. IMI will from this date be in charge of the sales, updates and new editions.
